Goal
The main goal of this project was to create a platform for shippment tracing and monitoring, but also for the company to be able to organize their work as best as possible.
Objective
The main objectives included making this platform intuitive, easy to use, organized, and innovative.
Result
After researching, our team created a desktop platform, and a mobile application with two innovative factors to help our clients organization and to put them ahead of the competition with the most precise shipment tracking possible.

LIVE TRACKING REVOLUTION
We said goodbye to missing packages by developing a live tracking feature where the user, but also the admin of HLogs delivery services could track their orders. The tracking process was thought out and planned in a way users can see the shipping vehicle anywhere, and also see its checkpoints. That means they can see its exact location through the application the moment it leaves the warehouse as well as reports if it had any issues, put up a notice, and leave feedback after receiving their delivery. This, most of all minimizes the stress of online ordering, and the anxiety of having packages go missing, and simplifies the tracking process for the user. In addition to that, we wanted our client, and his business users to benefit as well. To accomplish that, we integrated an instant feedback feature in which buyers can, upon receiving their order, rate the delivery and package or product separately which ensures that all businesses involved get adequate feedback needed to insure the most satisfactory services.
FRESH TYPE OF ORGANIZATION
Our client is an In-House full-service delivery company. That means that everything from packaging to shipping is done inside HLog’s warehouses. Organizing those kinds of warehouses with hundreds of packages can be a bit of a hassle. Taking into account the fact that estimates show 90% of the information processed by the brain is visual, and following the fact that a lot more people memorize visual information rather than numbers and letters, we had to think of a way to visually represent large chunks of information. We made that possible by organizing large numbers of packages into visual blocks. These blocks, or boxes, were organized according to the floor plan of the warehouse so anyone can easily see where certain packages were held. We also visually presented the percentages of free or occupied space certain parts of the warehouse had. This led to an easier organization of packages and shipments, as well as better management of the whole system.
WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM WITH AN OUTSTANDING FULFILLMENT PROCESS
To accomplish our objective of creating an outstanding fulfillment process, we had to consider all steps our client takes in his day-to-day business and the most significant problems. This resulted in us creating a detailed Warehouse management system (WMS) that became the main component of our client’s supply chain management because it offered real-time visibility into HLog’s entire warehouse inventory and transit operations. Receiving, packaging, processing, tracking, and more, all of these activities became streamlined, simplified, and united in a single interface. Accomplishing a well-thought-out WMS system compelled our, and our client’s creativity further resulting in innovative features that could be integrated into the WMS system such as bar code scanning, augmented reality, ERP, and logistics software. Combining these features in an entirely new way of warehouse and shipment fulfillment processes enabled us to accomplish the most detailed data analysis, shipment tracking, and warehouse management systems that today's technology has to offer.
